These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Retbate Investments Ltd website and the provision of cleaning, maintenance, and janitorial services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Retbate Investments Ltd provides professional cleaning and maintenance solutions, including regular building upkeep, minor repairs, and facility support. All services are carried out in compliance with Cyprus law and relevant safety standards.

3. Pricing & Quotations

All prices are quoted in EUR and confirmed in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Retbate Investments Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing for additional work, materials, or unforeseen site conditions.

4. Payments

All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional administrative fees.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a service fee. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 business days.

6. Liability

Retbate Investments Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
